Description:
The purpose of this Bulletin is to formally notify AAA4-Funded Providers of enactment of the new Data Sunset Policy. Effective January 1, 2024, program data (client information and service units) shall be closed 25 calendar days after the end of each month. If a service provider detects an error after the sunset date has passed, then AAA4’s Data Team must be notified in order to make a correction in AAA4’s data collection and reporting system(s).
